Tell us what's broken

Accessibility is never done. Your feedback directly shapes what we fix next.

An ongoing commitment

Accessibility is a continuous responsibility, not a checkbox. We design against widely-recognized standards like WCAG 2.2 AA — semantic markup, keyboard-navigable flows, sensible color contrast, and screen-reader-friendly components — and we test as we ship across web and our native apps. We know we won't get everything right, so we treat real-world feedback as part of the work. A complete, audited accessibility statement will be published here as we formalize our conformance reviews.

Hit a barrier? Tell us.

If any part of Niah is blocking you, reach out and we'll work with you directly — and prioritize a fix. Tell us the page, your device, and any assistive technology you use, and we'll follow up.
